The Wichita Mountains Prevention Network is proud to present the second biennial Heartland Alcohol and Substance Abuse Conference of Oklahoma. At the conference, we will train law enforcement, substance abuse professionals and community coalitions in the newest and most effective programs and strategies to prevent substance abuse through collaboration and innovation.
